Refund Policy

Requests are considered only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrectly selected item.

Include your order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear product and packaging photos or video. Do not send an item back until return authorization is issued. Returned items are inspected before a decision; approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, with posting time set by the bank or payment provider. Replacement availability depends on the circumstances and stock.
